Customs acceptance policy
International orders are subject to duties and taxes determined by the country to which we are shipping. These fees may total as much as 30% of your order value and are the responsibility of the customer to pay upon delivery. Orders refused at the point of delivery will incur return shipping charges as well as a 30% restocking fee.
The Stell accepts returns of unused, unopened, unaltered, and undamaged items (except those designated “final sale”) within 21 days of purchase. Items must be returned in the original packaging, including any boxes and other packaging materials.
Return shipping is $5.95 for all eligible items if returned within 21 days of purchase using the prepaid label that is issued by request.
For an item to be eligible for return, the following must apply:
- Item must be new, unused, unopened, and undamaged.
- Item must have all original tags attached and/or in original packaging.
We cannot accept returns of personalized or special-order items, or of items damaged through normal wear and tear.
Skincare products may be returned for store credit if they are unopened or unused. Cosmetics such as nail lacquers may be returned for store credit if they are unopened and unused. Alternatively, they may be exchanged. Lipsticks, highlighters, lip balms, and blush are final sale and cannot be returned.
Towels and toothbrushes are final sale and cannot be returned. Food cannot be returned.
Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.
The above return policy also applies to international orders; however, in the case of international orders, return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
HOW TO RETURN
- Send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and item(s) you would like to return.
- Mark the return slip with the item(s) you are returning along with the reason(s) for your return.
- Repackage the item(s) you would like to return along with the completed return slip.
- Place the prepaid carrier return label on the outside of the box you’ll ship back to us.
- Drop off your shipment at a USPS/FedEx Store (find your nearest store at www.usps.com / www.fedex.com) or at any USPS/FedEx facility.
- As soon as we receive your return, we’ll let you know in an e-mail and make sure that your refund is processed within 5 days.
It may take up to 14 business days from the date we process your refund for it reflect on your original form of payment.
PROMOTIONAL ITEMS AND DISCOUNTS
The Stell will periodically offer complimentary or discounted promotional items. In order to receive complimentary/discounted item, order must meet the minimum requirements for promotion. Any order that does not meet the criteria of promotion rules, will not be eligible for complimentary item(s) regardless of code being applied to order.
